"Get well soon" card for the SSS challenge and Just Magnolia challenge
I decided to combine two challenges into one card. The Simon Says Stamp challenge; Get well soon and the Just Magnolia challenge; this wonderful sketch:

Well, as always when you start off making a card, it usually doesn't always end up like the original sketch. Right???
That at least happened to me this time. I was going to make an oval circle (like the sketch says) but, then I realized that it would hide the embossed flower and I wanted to have that flower on the card... So, I decided to skip the oval circle and have the flower instead. I added some Stickles to it to make it "pop" a little. The text is in icelandic "Láttu þér batna" which means in english: "Get Well Soon".

Papers are from Bazzill, Chatterbox and the ribbon is from BoBunny.
Here is a closeup of the flower ;)
MMSC24 - Midnight Madness Challenge
I made a card for the MMSC 24 - Midnight Madness Challenge on Friday night.
I was quite happy about how it turned out, actually.
This is the sketch:

My dear daughter wanted me to take a picture of her with the card, she thought it was sooo beautiful ;)
And here is the card itself:
Papers are from Bazzill and Shabby Shoppe. The stamp is from House Mouse: Berry full - Mudpie.

My best friend ever, Jónína.
I made this scrapbooking layout last night.
The picture is of my best friend ever, Jónína.
We met almost 20 years ago and allthough we lost contact as teenagers (because of me moving to Norway and the Internet didn't hardly exist), we have found each other again and this time we will never loose each other again!!!
The small roses that I used are from Lene, they were in my Blog Candy ;)

A new card for the Simon Says challenge and Just Magnolia challenge
I made this card today for the Simon Says challenge, using as required, this sketch.
This is how my card turned out like. I think it also qualifies for the challenge over at Just Magnolia - Bright and Zingy. I used Bazzill and Bazzill Bling, sequens and Prima flowers and I sprayed them with Glimmer Mist, Pink Taffy. I've had this Glimmer Mist for at least a year now but still, this was my first time ever using it ;)

A card for Friday sketchers challenge, the Stampartic challenge and Incy Wincy Designs Challenge!!!
Hi there :)

This is how my card turned out. It was quite a challenge, since we don't celebrate Halloween here in Iceland and this is my very first Halloween card, ever!!!
I got the stamped image and nearly all the papers and embellishments from Lene, it was in my Blog candy :D
This card also qualifies for the Halloween challenge at Stampartic and Incy Wincy Designs challenge no 14 ;)

Long time no written, well sort of at least ;-)
I've just had the best day with my darling daugter, Ástrós Erla and my hubby, Viðar.
First we went to the cinema and saw Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure and after that we went to IKEA. We are planning to buy a new kitchen table and we were looking at our options ;)
I made a card on friday night using this sketch from Friday Sketchers:
